Alvina High Pipe Murray

Alvina High Pipe Murray of Rosebud, SD entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 25, 2014, at home in 

Rosebud.  She was 80.

She is survived by her loving Daughters: Geraldine (Kenny) Murray Provencial, Rosebud; Esther Murray, Rosebud.  Sons: Don Murray, Upper Cut Meat; Keith Murray, Rosebud; Henry Murray, Rosebud. Sister: Louella High Pipe Begay, Mission.  Brother: Joseph High Pipe, Mission.  She leaves behind numerous Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.  

She is preceded in death by her Husband: Wilson Murray, Son: Daryl Murray and Daughter: Verbena Murray.

A one-night wake began at Kenny and Geraldine Provencial’s home, Rosebud, at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 30, and a procession that night started from their home at 5:00 p.m. going to St. Agnes Catholic Hall, Parmelee.  

Funeral Services began at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31 at St. Agnes Catholic Hall.

Burial followed with riders at Holy Innocents Episcopal Cemetery, Parmelee.  

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rooks Funeral Chapel.
